Penny Oven started in 2018 with Michelle Wilton, a trained pastry chef who wanted to create a neighborhood spot where people could slow down and eat something real. What began as a small breakfast and bakery concept in Eagle Rock has become a beloved part of the community — known for hand-crafted pastries, seasonal ingredients, and food that actually makes you feel good.
Every croissant is made from scratch. Every bowl is built with intention. That's always been the point.
